Legal notice, data and accessibility
This website is a demo built by CrossDev Consulting. The restaurant, its team and its contact details are fictional: no booking is possible and no form sends any data.

Personal data
On this demo website, nothing is sent or stored: the forms stop at a “demo” confirmation. Here is what would apply to the real restaurant.
Booking: name, phone, optional email, date, time, number of guests and special request, to manage the booking and reach you if anything changes (performance of your request, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Kept for 30 days after the meal, then deleted. Only the restaurant team has access.
Group request: the same contact details, the date, number of guests, type of event and indicative budget, to answer you and prepare the meal. Kept for 3 months after the meal, or 3 months after the request if it goes no further.
Why is there no “allergies” field? An allergy or intolerance is health data: the GDPR (art. 9) prohibits processing it except in specific cases, such as explicit consent, and requires collecting only what is necessary (art. 5(1)(c)). What the kitchen needs to keep you safe is best said in person, when you arrive or by phone, when the team can answer dish by dish; nothing is then stored. The “special request” field is for practical needs (high chair, wheelchair access, terrace): please do not enter health information there.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection. Write to the restaurant (address above). If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Accessibility
The website targets WCAG 2.2 level AA: checked contrasts (including the text on the home photo, under a scrim), full keyboard navigation, a booking calendar usable with arrow keys, error messages linked to fields, dark theme, high contrast (7:1) and text enlargeable up to 130%.
Automated checks at every release (axe-core); no full RGAA audit was carried out for this demo. Any difficulty? Call the restaurant and we will help you another way.
